BoldTicket is closely monitoring the current global situation involving the coronavirus (COVID-19), especially as it relates to the impact on live events. We want to make sure customers have the information they need regarding their ticket purchase from BoldTicket as many events have been postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.

What This Means For Customers:

When an event is postponed:
  • We are waiting for the organizer to decide whether to reschedule or cancel.
  • We’ll email you when we know more - you do not need to contact us.
  • Keep your current tickets as they may be valid for the new event date.
When an event is rescheduled:
  • We’ll email you when we have the new event details - you do not need to contact us.
When an event is canceled:
  • We'll email you to notify you of the cancelation - you do not need to contact us.
  • We’ll email you a store credit worth 120% of your original order that you can apply toward future purchases on BoldTicket.
Tickets will arrive in time for your event.
We guarantee that we will get you your tickets no less than one (1) hour before your event’s start time. If you have any questions on a particular order, please contact us directly.
You will receive the tickets you paid for, or the equivalent.
In the event that we are unable to send you the exact tickets you ordered, we will provide you with tickets for equivalent or better seating.
All tickets are valid and 100% authentic.
Any tickets that you buy are guaranteed to be authentic and valid for entry. If you are denied admission by the venue, we will investigate the incident and will refund the full cost of the tickets and shipping and service fees if we find that the tickets were invalid.
You will be compensated for a canceled event.
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price as credit for use on a future purchase.
